Firstly, without getting into how amazing our wedding venue looked after Crushed Ice Productions came in to do their work, I’d like to take a second to highlight Deborah. Now, of course the owner and designer is the person you will end up appreciating at the end of the day. But, Deborah’s very disarming and approachable style and manner of doing business was genuinely appreciated. Starting off with her very open attitude, Deborah was quick to allay any worries that the wishes/dreams we had wouldn’t be feasible. Next, we went through her tailoring process to decide what formats/details we’d like to include. Having said that, we were sure to be prepared with pictures and design ideas in advance and Deborah luckily has used our venue many times previously making it easier to envision our desires. Lastly, we had some unique requests, as I’m sure everyone does, and Deborah was, again, very quick to say that “anything can be done within reason and to match your budget… I’ll make it happen”.

When it came to the crew and the timing of Crushed Ice Productions: they were 100% on time, they required no additional support/help from our end, they worked extremely well with the staff on site (event/wedding planner from the vineyard) and, most of all, were very much a part of the special day in a good way. I cannot express how elated we were to see the incredible results on our wedding day. Side note: Deborah won’t let you see the results until you actually enter for your ceremony and reception!!! Great idea as the Wow factor is intensified.

We had the pleasure of having Crushed Ice Productions provide the décor for our wedding. Despite some unforeseen changes 10 days out from the wedding, Debbie and her team were able to adjust and produce a BEAUTIFUL scene for the wedding and the reception.

My husband and I were the lucky winners of Deborah’s Christmas contest. By winning this generous contest we were provided with a stunning backdrop, table arrangements, centrepieces and more for our December 2020 wedding. We loved Deborah’s work so much that we rented a stunning circle archway and aisle runners from her as well. Deborah was amazing every step of the way providing advice and support, which was especially
helpful as we navigated the COVID pandemic. Deborah was extremely responsive and was dedicated to ensure that my every dream came true. Debra is one of the hardest working women I’ve met this year. To say that she was a God-send is an understatement.
